Web app and MVP development: from idea to something people can use
The fastest way to know if an idea works is to put a working version in front of real people. Not a deck, not a mock-up: an app they can sign up for and use.
I build web apps and MVPs with modern AI-assisted tools: I direct the build, test every flow by hand, and ship it on the web so it works on any phone or laptop. YET, a social accountability app, and ORBIT, a forecasting web app, were both designed and shipped this way, end to end.
What you get
- A clickable flow agreed before building starts
- Sign-up and login, the core feature, and an admin view
- A database, emails and payments if you need them
- Hosted on the web, so it works on any device without an app store
- A handover note, plus the code, owned by you

How it works
- A 15-minute callYou walk me through the job that eats your time: the follow-ups, the spreadsheet, the questions customers keep asking.
- A small working versionI build the smallest version that does the job end to end, test it on your real cases, and show you what it got right and wrong.
- Switched on, then improvedOnce you're happy it runs on its own. You get a plain-English note on how it works and what to do if something changes.
Price
Priced per job after a free 15-minute call. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.
Priced per build after a 15-minute call. Hosting and paid services are billed at cost.
Questions people ask
What is an MVP?
A minimum viable product: the smallest version of your app that real users can use, built to learn what works before spending more.
Web app or mobile app?
For most first versions, a web app. It works on every phone without app-store approval and is quicker and cheaper to change. A store app can come later.
Who owns the code?
You do, along with the accounts it runs on.
How much does it cost to build an MVP?
It depends on the features. You get a fixed quote for the first version after a short call, and nothing is built before you agree.
