Questions people ask
What can be automated in a small business?
Anything repetitive and rule-based: replying to common questions, reminders, follow-ups, moving data between apps, and reports. If you do it the same way every day, it can probably be automated.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Not always. Simple setups work with the free WhatsApp Business app. Automatic two-way replies at scale need the API through an approved provider, which has small per-message fees from Meta.
Will AI reply to my customers on its own?
Only for the questions you approve, in your tone, with a handover to you for anything else. You stay in control.
How much does business automation cost?
It depends on the job. Most small automations are a one-time setup fee plus any tool costs at cost. You get a fixed quote after a 15-minute call.
Is my customer data safe?
Automations use your own accounts (your Google, your WhatsApp), so the data stays with you. Nothing is resold or shared.
