Business dashboards that answer one question: what do I do today?

Most owners have the numbers, spread across a billing app, a few sheets and WhatsApp. What they don't have is one screen that says what's selling, what's running out and which leads went cold.

I build dashboards from the data you already have, and where it helps, add forecasting. ORBIT, a forecasting web app built for dark stores, predicts tomorrow's demand per item. On simulated orders, its model beat the best simple baseline: 13.3% error against 15.4%.

How it works

  1. A 15-minute callYou walk me through the job that eats your time: the follow-ups, the spreadsheet, the questions customers keep asking.
  2. A small working versionI build the smallest version that does the job end to end, test it on your real cases, and show you what it got right and wrong.
  3. Switched on, then improvedOnce you're happy it runs on its own. You get a plain-English note on how it works and what to do if something changes.

Price

Priced per job after a free 15-minute call. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.

Questions people ask

What data do I need for a dashboard?

Whatever you already keep: billing exports, Google Sheets, a CRM or bookings. It's cleaned up as part of the build.

Can it forecast sales or demand?

Yes, if there's enough history. The forecast is always compared with a simple baseline, so you know whether it actually helps.

How much does a custom dashboard cost?

On quote after a 15-minute call, based on how many data sources it connects to.
