WhatsApp automation for salons, clinics, brokers and shops

For most Indian small businesses, WhatsApp is the front desk. It's also where hours disappear: the same five questions, the reminders, the 'are you still interested?' follow-ups.

I set up WhatsApp automations that handle the repetitive part: instant replies to common questions, booking confirmations and reminders, follow-ups for leads who went quiet, and payment reminders, so you only step in when a real conversation needs you.

What you get

See the work

Concept site with one-tap WhatsApp enquiries
Every concept site already sends ready-made enquiries straight into WhatsApp.

How it works

  1. A 15-minute callYou walk me through the job that eats your time: the follow-ups, the spreadsheet, the questions customers keep asking.
  2. A small working versionI build the smallest version that does the job end to end, test it on your real cases, and show you what it got right and wrong.
  3. Switched on, then improvedOnce you're happy it runs on its own. You get a plain-English note on how it works and what to do if something changes.

Price

Priced per job after a free 15-minute call. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.

One-time setup on quote. WhatsApp Business API messages are billed by Meta at cost.

Questions people ask

Can WhatsApp send automatic replies?

Yes. The free WhatsApp Business app has basic greeting and away messages. Smarter two-way replies, reminders and follow-ups need the WhatsApp Business API through an approved provider.

Is WhatsApp automation allowed?

Yes, within WhatsApp's rules: messages to customers who contacted you or opted in, using approved templates for anything sent outside a 24-hour conversation.

How much does WhatsApp automation cost?

Ready-made platforms in India charge roughly ₹1,000 to ₹16,000 a month, plus Meta's per-message fees. A setup built for your business is a one-time fee plus usage at cost.

Will my customers know it's automated?

Replies are written in your tone, and anything the system isn't sure about is handed to you, so customers get fast, correct answers either way.
